1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SignalzIQ (“SignalzIQ”, “we”, “us”). By accessing signalziq.com or the SignalzIQ application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. Eligibility and beta access
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is currently a private beta available by invitation. We may grant, limit or withdraw access at our discretion.
3. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping that Google account secure. Tell us promptly at support@signalziq.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Research only, not advice
The Service provides information and research tools only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not recommend that you buy, sell or hold any security. We are not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Read the full Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
5. Third-party data
The Service displays data from public sources and third-party providers, including SEC filings, market prices, options data, transcripts and disclosures. That data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and we don’t guarantee it. Some data is subject to its providers’ terms. You may not redistribute it except as those terms allow.
6. Connected services
Optional features connect to services such as Plaid or OpenAI. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren’t responsible for third-party services, and they may change or become unavailable.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access the Service without authorization, or probe, scan or test its vulnerabilities except as described on our security page;
- scrape, bulk-download or resell data from the Service;
- share your access with others or use the Service to build a competing product;
- interfere with the Service or other users, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add, such as watchlists, notes and portfolios. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the Service to you.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, scores and text, belongs to SignalzIQ and its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own research while these Terms are in effect.
10. Beta, changes and availability
The Service is in beta and may contain errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALZIQ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $100.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SignalzIQ against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify signed-in users where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
