Built on public sources
Who it’s for
Most stock tools give you a rating. SignalzIQ shows the filings, statements and disclosures behind it, organized by company and by date, so you can form your own view.
It is a research workspace. It does not manage money, hold your assets, or tell you what to buy.
Product
SignalzIQ gathers the sources an investor would otherwise pull from a dozen sites and keeps each one traceable.
10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings from EDGAR. Financial figures keep their source tag, filing date and currency, and stale data is flagged.
Quarterly call transcripts linked to the same company and period, so commentary and results sit side by side.
Stock trades disclosed by members of Congress, matched to tickers and dated by disclosure, the day the public could first know.
Option chains with bid/ask, volume, open interest, implied volatility and Greeks where provided. Missing fields stay missing.
Watchlists and portfolios that show how a company fits with what you already own. Brokerage holdings can be imported read-only.
Scores carry a calibration label based on how past outcomes compared with what was expected, including when the record is weak.
How we handle evidence
Every item is placed on the timeline by the date it became public, which prevents hindsight from creeping into the research.
If a source has no data, SignalzIQ says so. Gaps are never filled with estimates or treated as neutral.
Scores summarize evidence coverage and quality. They don’t measure a company’s value or predict returns, and each one shows its track record.
Security & privacy
SignalzIQ is designed to need as little of your information as possible, and to protect what it does hold.
Sign in with Google through Cloudflare Access. Every request is authenticated before it reaches the application.
Brokerage holdings are imported through Plaid. You log in with Plaid, so we never see your password. It is read-only and cannot move money or place trades.
Access tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest and never shown again after you save them.
We don’t sell or rent your data, and your portfolio is never shared with other users.

Questions
No. SignalzIQ is a research tool that organizes public information. It is not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell a security. See the full disclaimer.
Company filings come directly from the SEC’s EDGAR system. Prices, options chains, earnings call transcripts and congressional trading disclosures come from third-party market-data providers and official disclosure sources. Each item shows its source and date.
Options data may be delayed. When it is, SignalzIQ labels it as delayed research data, not a live quote.
SignalzIQ keeps a record of its past research outputs and later checks them against what actually happened. The calibration label summarizes that record:
Calibration describes past behavior only. It does not predict future results.
No. SignalzIQ never holds your money or securities, and the public product is a research tool. Brokerage connections through Plaid are read-only and can’t move money or place orders. You can disconnect them at any time.
No. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and your watchlists, portfolios and connected accounts are visible only to you. The privacy policy explains exactly what we collect.
