Summary
The short version: we collect what we need to run your account, such as your sign-in email, the research you save, and any accounts or keys you choose to connect. We use it only to provide SignalzIQ. We don’t sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
SignalzIQ is operated by SignalzIQ (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the website at signalziq.com and the SignalzIQ application at app.signalziq.com. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@signalziq.com.

The public website at signalziq.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Access requests are delivered to us by email through Cloudflare and are used only to respond to your request.
How we use information
- To provide the service: sign you in, show your research and portfolios, and import connected holdings.
- To keep it secure: detect abuse, investigate problems and protect accounts.
- To improve it: understand which features are used and fix errors, using aggregate information where possible.
- To communicate with you about your account, access requests and important changes.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not use your portfolio or brokerage data for advertising.
- We do not share your portfolio, watchlists or connected accounts with other users.
- We never receive or store your brokerage username or password.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run SignalzIQ. They process data on our behalf, or at your direction, for these purposes only:
- Cloudflare: hosting, network security, delivery of access-request emails, sign-in (Cloudflare Access) and cookie-free aggregate analytics for the application.
- Google: identity for sign-in.
- Plaid: read-only brokerage connections, only if you choose to connect an account. See Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI: only if you add your own API key and request an AI summary. The research content for that request is sent to OpenAI under your key and OpenAI’s terms.
Market-data providers supply public information to us. We don’t send them your personal information. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
Cookies
The public website uses no cookies. The application uses a sign-in session cookie set by Cloudflare Access, which is necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep account information while your account is active. If you disconnect a brokerage connection, we stop importing from it. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information from our active systems, and it ages out of encrypted backups on our normal backup cycle. Email support@signalziq.com to request deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit most of your information in the app, disconnect brokerage connections, and remove API keys at any time. You may also ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Contact support@signalziq.com.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, authenticated access to every application route, and encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure. See our security page for details.
Children
SignalzIQ is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify signed-in users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
