Not financial advice

All content on signalziq.com and in the SignalzIQ application is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in it is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, or an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to follow any strategy.

SignalzIQ is not registered as a broker-dealer or investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA or any state securities regulator. Research in SignalzIQ is general in nature and does not consider your personal finances, objectives or risk tolerance.

Data may be delayed or wrong

SignalzIQ uses data from the SEC, market-data vendors and other third parties. Data can be delayed, incomplete, revised or simply wrong, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or timeliness. Options data in particular may be delayed and should not be treated as a live, executable quote. Always verify important information with the original source, such as the filing on SEC EDGAR, before acting on it.

Scores and calibration labels

SignalzIQ scores summarize the coverage and quality of available evidence. They do not measure a company’s intrinsic value or predict its returns.

Calibration labels such as Positive, Mixed, Weak or Insufficient history compare past research outputs with what later happened. A weak label means past outcomes have often run against what the evidence suggested. Any label describes past behavior only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

AI-generated summaries

Some features use large language models to summarize research. AI output can be incomplete, outdated or confidently wrong. Treat it as a starting point for your own reading, not as a conclusion.

Congressional trading data

Congressional trades are shown from public disclosures, which are often filed weeks after the trade. Their presence does not imply that anyone acted improperly or had special knowledge, and following them is not a sound strategy on its own.

Options and other risks

All investing involves risk, including the loss of principal. Options are complex and can lose value quickly, and some strategies carry risk of loss greater than the amount invested. Before trading options, read Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, published by The Options Clearing Corporation.

Your decisions are your own
